When you order and pay online, our intelligent system starts working to ensure rapid delivery. Adventure Sports Miami currently accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Sales Tax

Tax may be applied to your order if it ships from the same state or province as your shipping address. We don't know the exact amount of tax until your order ships, due to the unique nature of the Shopatron service. For this reason, the order total in your confirmation email may not reflect the exact amount of this tax. Sales tax may be applied to shipping and handling charges.

Telephone, Postal Mail, Fax, or Email Orders

Postal mail, Fax, and email orders are not accepted.

If you cannot use our convenient online shopping catalog, you may be using an outdated browser. To view content and place orders on our Web site, we recommend that you use the most recent version of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, Opera, Firefox, or Safari.

Adventure Sports does not accept credit card numbers delivered by email. You should not ever send credit card numbers by email, as it is not a secure practice.

COD Orders

COD orders are not accepted.

Preferred Shipping Method

To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we may need to split it into multiple shipments. As you check out, you can select whether or not to allow us to split your order. A nominal additional shipping fee is applied to a split package.

If you do not want your order to possibly have a small additional shipping fee. please make sure to select "Single Package." Otherwise we will split your orders into 2 packages if that is the fastest way to get your order to you.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Adventure Sports Miami only ships within the United States of America
In the unlikely event that shipping charges are higher than estimated, you will be notified by email before the charges are made to your credit card.
Some items are not available for shipment outside of the US and Canada. Please check products for shipping notes as you shop, to ensure that items can be shipped internationally. In general, very large items and hazardous chemicals (fuel) cannot be sent outside of the US. Countries that are not listed in our checkout process are not available for receiving Shopatron orders.

International Orders

Tax and Duty Fees:

Your country may charge additional taxes or duties on your order when it enters your country. You are responsible for paying any additional charges.

The ASM service collects information about the use of the service to provide a secure and personalized experience. This includes the customer's name, purchasing records, and shopping patterns.

Policies

Credit Card Orders

With the ASM shopping service, you can use American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard for orders to almost anywhere in the world. When you use your credit card, please provide your credit card billing address, if different from the shipping address, and daytime/evening phone numbers. If the billing address you give us does not match the one that is on file at the financial institution, or if authorization is not given for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notification. We cannot work out credit card problems with the financial institution; you must settle problems with them and reorder once the problem is resolved.

Purchase Orders

Institutional purchase orders (military, government, schools and universities) are not accepted at this time.

Returning Merchandise

When you receive your order, always keep the paperwork that is included with it in case you wish to return or exchange an item. Also, save any emails you receive about you order, as they may provide important information.

A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. You can request an RMA online, or you can call the merchandise shipper or ASM and they will issue one for you. Returns can only be requested within 30 days of the product shipment date. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new condition, or they will be rejected and sent back to you. Specific stores may have variations to this policy. View the return policy at the online store or contact Shopatron if you have questions.

Your order must be returned to the merchant shipper in order to receive full product credit, your shipping costs will not be refunded. Contact the merchant shipper for help or assistance in processing a return.

Merchandise will be accepted for return within 30 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging.

Defective Returns

If the item you wish to return is inoperable but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. If you receive defective merchandise, please call Shopatron for assistance.

Damaged Returns

Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the merchant shipper immediately. You'll find contact information for the merchant shipper in the product box.

If you receive damaged merchandise, please save all packaging material and paperwork -- do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

If you have recently placed an order via the ASM shopping service and need information about it or would like to change it, there are a number of ways to contact us. Since we begin processing your order immediately after we receive it, modifications are usually not possible.

We accept no responsibility for user initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.

Price and/or Description Changes

All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this site are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies.
